These positions are designed to provide practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to the mining industry. Applicants will gain valuable workplace experience across various disciplines, including Human Resources, Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Geology, Mine Survey, and Social Performance.

Human Resources

• 1 x HR Intern
• Minimum Requirements: Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management / Development or related studies

Mining Engineering

• 1 x Mining Intern
• Minimum Requirements: BSc. / BEng in Mining Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

• 1 x Mechanical Engineering Intern
• Minimum Requirements: BSc. / BEng in Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

• 1 x Electrical Engineering Intern
• Minimum Requirements: BSc. / BEng in Electrical Engineering or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Geology

• 1 x Geology Intern
• Minimum Requirements: BSc. Geological Sciences, BSc Earth Sciences, or related studies; SACNASP accreditation advantageous

Mine Survey

• 1 x Mine Survey Intern
• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mine Survey or Advanced Diploma in Mining Engineering

Social Performance

• 1 x Social Performance Intern
• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s in Development Studies or related fields; Advanced Diploma in Public Administration or related studies
