    Job Description

    Overview

    The LGT Impact Fellowship Program offers experienced professionals a 12-month, fully funded international placement to strengthen mission-driven organizations globally. It combines hands-on experience with exposure to global investment networks, focusing on measurable social and environmental impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Share professional expertise from the private sector to strengthen organizations.
    • Design, improve, or implement scalable systems and processes.
    • Develop tools transferable to permanent staff.
    • Coach and train local teams.
    • Support operational growth and expansion strategies.

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
    • At least two years of full-time professional experience after university.
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Regional language skills are an asset.
    • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
    • Commitment to creating social impact and willingness to make sacrifices.
    • Understanding of development challenges in low- to middle-income countries.
    • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
