Overview

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is hiring Data Assistants for contract positions in Kogi State and Niger State. This role focuses on strengthening monitoring and evaluation objectives through data quality assurance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data quality audit activities at state and facility levels.
• Assist with archiving and filing of source documents.
• Track issuance and usage of data collection tools.
• Support commodity consumption reconciliation.
• Assist with training and capacity building on data collection tools.
• Conduct in-reach monitoring at service delivery points.
• Support performance reviews, data reporting and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with health information systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of ODK, Kobo Collect or DHIS2 is an advantage.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Good understanding of the local terrain and local language.
