Atmosfair is seeking a Call Center Agent to support customer engagement and drive adoption of the Save80 Clean Cookstove across Nigeria. The role focuses on outbound calls, customer onboarding, follow-ups, and post-sale verification while ensuring accurate and audit-ready data collection aligned with MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) standards.

The position plays a key role in improving sales conversion, reducing customer drop-off, and strengthening climate impact reporting through reliable data management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers
• Educate customers on clean cookstove benefits, including cost savings, health improvements, and environmental impact
• Support customer onboarding and explain installment payment processes
• Follow up on leads generated by field agents to improve conversion rates
• Ensure accurate documentation and MRV-compliant data entry
• Maintain high-quality customer relationships and engagement records

🎓 Requirements

• OND, NCE, or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in call center, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• NGO or clean energy experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills (English required; Hausa/Yoruba/Igbo an advantage)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools)
• Strong attention to detail and target orientation

• Ensure compliance with MRV data standards and reporting requirements

• Clean energy or carbon project experience is highly preferred
• Multilingual ability (Hausa, Yoruba, etc.) is an advantage
