KraftKonnect is currently inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified and motivated individuals to join its growing network of Market Research Enumerators for the KraftKonnect Market Research Survey. This initiative aims to gather critical field data that will support insights into artisan services, household needs, small business operations, and community-level economic activities across selected states in Nigeria.

The recruitment drive is targeted at individuals who are passionate about community engagement, data collection, and contributing to impactful research that informs decision-making and service delivery improvements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Selected enumerators will be responsible for collecting data from a wide range of stakeholders including artisans, households, small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs), property managers, women groups, persons with disabilities, transport workers, and other relevant community members.

The data collected will play a vital role in shaping the development and expansion of KraftKonnect services, ensuring that solutions are tailored to real needs within communities. Enumerators will also be guided, assigned to suitable locations, and supported throughout the survey process to ensure efficiency and quality data collection.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This opportunity is open to a diverse group of applicants, including:

• Students and recent graduates
• NYSC Corps Members
• Researchers and data enthusiasts
• Community volunteers
• Individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with people

Applicants must possess:
• A functional smartphone (Android or iOS)
• Basic digital literacy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Prior experience in data collection or field surveys is an added advantage but not mandatory.
