About the Role

Al Sharq Youth is seeking four Regional Coordinators to strengthen and expand its global youth network.

As a Regional Coordinator, you will serve as a bridge between global strategy and local action, supporting hubs, growing communities, and driving collaboration across your region.

Core Responsibilities

🌱 Network Growth

• Identify opportunities for new hubs, partnerships, and expansion
• Strengthen youth ecosystems across your region

🤝 Hub Support & Activation

• Support Hub Coordinators and track challenges
• Activate inactive or developing hubs
• Connect members to opportunities and initiatives

🌍 Regional Collaboration

• Foster cross-country partnerships and joint initiatives
• Organize regional engagements and gatherings

📊 Insights & Reporting

• Identify trends, youth needs, and opportunities
• Track hub performance and regional activity
• Report insights to central leadership

🎤 Program Support

• Contribute to international conferences, campaigns, and events
• Support recruitment and network-wide initiatives

🎓

Requirements

• Experience in community building, youth programs, or project coordination
• Strong understanding of your region
• Experience working across cultures or countries
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Familiarity with youth networks (preferred)

Language Requirements

• English (required)
• Additional regional languages (advantage)

Working Conditions

• Part-time and flexible structure
• Remote collaboration across countries
• Occasional travel (regional or to Türkiye)
• Some evening/weekend meetings depending on time zones
