AYCF is working to transform climate finance in Africa by ensuring young people have direct access to funding, partnerships, and decision-making platforms.

Despite Africa contributing less than 4% of global emissions, it faces disproportionate climate impacts — and youth-led solutions remain underfunded. AYCF exists to change that.

💼 Open Positions

1️⃣ Programs & Community Support Manager

• Location: Remote (Africa)
• Salary: USD 2,500 – 3,000/month
• Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

🎯 Role Focus

• Lead program implementation and community engagement
• Support youth-led climate initiatives across Africa
• Strengthen partnerships and ecosystem collaboration
• Drive inclusive and participatory grant-making processes

2️⃣ Communications & Youth Engagement Officer

• Location: Remote (Africa)
• Salary: USD 1,500 – 2,000/month
• Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

🎯 Role Focus

• Lead communications strategy and storytelling
• Amplify youth voices in climate action
• Manage digital platforms and engagement campaigns
• Build strong youth communities across Africa

3️⃣ Grants & Operations Manager

• Location: Remote (Africa)
• Salary: USD 2,700 – 3,000/month
• Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

🎯 Role Focus

• Oversee grant-making processes and fund disbursement
• Manage operations, compliance, and reporting systems
• Ensure transparency and accountability in fund management
• Support organizational growth and efficiency
