Centre for Information Technology and Development is currently inviting applications for its Digital Literacy and Digital Hygiene Training Programme. This program is targeted at women and girls in Kano and Bauchi States.
This initiative is designed to equip participants with essential digital skills while promoting safe and responsible internet usage. The programme offers a valuable opportunity for young women to enhance their online competencies. In addition, participants will learn how to protect their digital presence and build confidence in navigating the digital world.
Successful applicants will gain hands-on training in key areas of digital literacy and receive relevant learning materials. Furthermore, they will benefit from mentorship opportunities provided by experienced facilitators. The programme also emphasizes practical knowledge that participants can apply in their personal, educational, or professional lives.
To be eligible, applicants must be female, aged between 16 and 40, possess access to a smartphone or digital device, and demonstrate a willingness to fully participate in all training activities.
