Overview

The Charles Wallace Visiting Fellowship Programme offers mid-career Pakistani professionals the opportunity to undertake short-term academic and professional visits to the United Kingdom. This programme aims to strengthen knowledge, skills, and global professional networks.

Eligibility

Must be a Pakistani national residing in Pakistan at the time of application.
Applicants must be between 30 and 55 years of age.
A written invitation from a UK-based institution is mandatory.
Applicants undertaking research in UK universities are normally expected to hold a doctoral degree.
Not eligible if studied in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, or China within the last five years or previously received a Charles Wallace award.
Must apply strictly within designated subject areas.

Benefits

A monthly grant of £1,600.
A contribution of £1,250 towards visa and travel expenses.
Participants must arrange accommodation and travel logistics independently.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
Successful candidates begin their fellowship from September onwards.
