The CIVICUS Digital Action Lab provides funding, digital skills, and strategic support for civil society organisations operating in restricted spaces over a 9-month program.
Priority is given to underrepresented and marginalized groups, including women, youth, LGBTQI+ communities, Indigenous Peoples, and grassroots organisations. Applicants must be based in countries eligible for official development assistance (ODA) and preferably operate in contexts where civic space is obstructed or repressed.
Selected organisations receive a grant ranging from USD 10,000 to 20,000 to implement their digital action projects. The program also provides tailored guidance on using digital tools for advocacy and offers collaboration opportunities with peers.
