Health Care Without Harm is seeking a highly experienced Climate Adaptation Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in climate adaptation, to develop practical, high-impact guidance and toolkits aimed at helping health systems worldwide adapt to climate challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Create widely used resources for a global network of healthcare leaders.
• Develop a Vulnerability and Adaptation Toolkit for health facilities.
• Provide clear guidance for integrating adaptation measures into operational planning.
• Illustrate adaptation and mitigation efforts through case studies.
• Work closely with HCWH’s Global Climate and GGHH Teams on strategic climate resilience initiatives.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in climate adaptation.
• Proven track record across diverse geographic and healthcare contexts.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise documents.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing guidance tools or strategic planning documents in climate and health sectors.
