This internship offers a unique opportunity for graduates and students interested in shaping global conversations on migration, providing hands-on experience in an international policy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the organization of the Vienna Migration Conference and other events such as workshops and webinars.
Supporting policy outreach by promoting publications and key outputs.
Drafting and preparing content for websites, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
Managing and updating website content.
Monitoring social media performance and engagement metrics.
Creating visual materials such as infographics and digital content.
Tracking migration policy developments to inform communication strategies.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Communications, International Relations, Migration Studies, Public Policy or related fields.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Solid digital literacy.
Experience with social media management, content creation, and website management.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of migration policy issues.
