Key Responsibilities
- Community Health Promoter Role:
- Promote maternal and child health
- Lead awareness campaigns on disease prevention
- Train community members on hygiene and sanitation
- Support health data tracking and behavior change initiatives
- Organize community health programs and events
- Economic Empowerment Advisor Role:
- Train communities in financial literacy and entrepreneurship
- Support microfinance and savings initiatives
- Develop income-generating activities
- Facilitate business and marketing training sessions
- Promote sustainable economic practices
- School Enrichment Facilitator Role:
- Support English and literacy development
- Introduce extracurricular programs
- Promote hygiene, nutrition, and mental wellness in schools
- Engage parents and communities in education
- Organize workshops for teachers and students
Requirements
- Community Health Promoter: Degree in any field OR 5 years of professional experience.
- Economic Empowerment Advisor: Degree in business or related field OR 5 years of experience.
- School Enrichment Facilitator: Degree in any field OR 5 years’ experience.
