Overview

The Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) seeks a consultant to implement a fully operational podcast studio and enhance multimedia production capacity for advocacy and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Design and establish a fully functional podcast studio.
Convert a shipping container into a professional recording space.
Supply and install podcast and multimedia production equipment.
Train staff in podcast production and storytelling.
Develop operational systems for sustainable studio management.
Provide technical support during the initial operational phase.

Requirements

Minimum of five years’ experience in multimedia or podcast production.
Proven track record in setting up podcast or media studios.
Experience in container-based studio design and installation.
Strong technical expertise in audio and video systems.
Experience in training and capacity building.
Prior engagement with NGOs or development organisations is advantageous.
