The Daejin University – IUCEA Scholarship 2026 is now open for applications, offering an exceptional opportunity for students from East Africa to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in South Korea with substantial financial support.
Eligibility
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of the East African Community (EAC) member states, which include Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Somalia.
- Academic Requirements: Completion of O’Level and A’Level (or equivalent) with a minimum grade of B in Mathematics or English. Graduation years must be 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Age Limits: Undergraduate applicants must be below 25 years; Master's applicants must be below 30 years.
- English Proficiency: Minimum IELTS of 5.5, CEFR B2, or TOEFL iBT 59 or higher.
- Financial Proof: Provide a 6-month bank statement with a minimum balance of $16,000.
