Overview

The UNAIDS is offering an exciting Data and Evidence Internship (Reporting and/or Estimates Support) for 2026, ideal for students and recent graduates interested in global health, data analysis, and international development.

Key Responsibilities

Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
Assist in generating HIV estimates and projections
Contribute to technical reports and presentations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Help improve data systems and methodologies

Requirements

Be at least 20 years old at the time of application
Currently enrolled in a program or have graduated within the past 12 months
Demonstrate proficiency in at least one official UNAIDS/WHO language (e.g., English, French, Spanish)
Must not have previously participated in a UNAIDS internship
Must not have immediate family members employed by the UNAIDS Secretariat

Benefits

$1000 USD monthly stipend

Location

Hybrid (Geneva or Nairobi) or remote, depending on team needs.
