    Job Description

    Overview

    Tiko is hiring an Administration Officer in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on strengthening the potential and resilience of adolescent girls across Africa.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage local procurement and improve cost-efficiency processes
    • Ensure the office and staff have the supplies and resources needed
    • Maintain accurate online and offline administrative records
    • Provide logistics support including travel arrangements and event organization
    • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
    • Ensure data and information security compliance

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years experience in procurement, administration, or operations support
    • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
    • Punctual and willing to learn
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
    • Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
