Tiko is hiring an Administration Officer in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on strengthening the potential and resilience of adolescent girls across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local procurement and improve cost-efficiency processes
- Ensure the office and staff have the supplies and resources needed
- Maintain accurate online and offline administrative records
- Provide logistics support including travel arrangements and event organization
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure data and information security compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in procurement, administration, or operations support
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Punctual and willing to learn
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
