    Overview

    This program offers innovators, developers, designers, democracy experts, and human rights advocates a fully funded opportunity to travel to Strasbourg, France, and develop cutting-edge technology solutions to combat online hate speech and strengthen democratic values across Europe.

    Eligibility

    Multidisciplinary teams of 3–4 members are encouraged to apply. Ideal teams should include:

    • Technologist / Backend Developer
    • Democracy or Policy Expert
    • Designer / UX/UI Innovator
    • Gender balance within teams is strongly encouraged.

    How to Apply

    • Step 1: Form a team of 3–4 members with diverse skill backgrounds.
    • Step 2: Prepare a concept summary of no more than two pages, including problem statement, proposed solution, human rights considerations, technical overview, expected impact, and user experience strategy.
    • Step 3: Selected teams will join a virtual preparation session to refine their ideas with mentors.
