Overview

This role offers an opportunity to lead the design and expansion of youth-focused programming at Girls on the Run International, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls through physical activity and positive development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine youth-facing programs and curriculum materials.
Conduct research and implement pilot tests to continuously improve offerings.
Collaborate with creative teams and external consultants for effective program implementation.
Ensure all educational content is culturally responsive and aligned with participant needs.
Contribute to volunteer and council training as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

At least seven years of experience in program development, curriculum design, education, or youth development.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience in creating engaging content for youth is essential.

Benefits
