The internship programme is designed to empower the next generation of disaster management professionals by providing hands-on learning experiences, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to regional disaster management initiatives. Successful candidates will be based at the CDEMA Headquarters in Bridgetown, Barbados, for a period of 12 to 18 months and will receive a monthly stipend along with relocation support for international participants.

What is the Young Professionals Programme (YPP)?
