Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handling cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque transactions.
- Assisting customers with account services and promoting bank products.
- Generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone interactions.
- Identifying customer needs, closing sales, and achieving sales targets.
- Performing banking support functions such as account maintenance, chargeback processing, and suspense reconciliation.
Requirements
- BSc or HND holders.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, teller services, or customer service.
- Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
