Overview

This programme offers recent graduates the opportunity to launch their international careers with the World Economic Forum (WEF). The Early Careers Programme is a six-month paid programme that allows participants to gain hands-on experience while contributing to global solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree graduates
• Master’s degree graduates
• Candidates with a maximum of three years of cumulative work experience, including internships

Benefits

Participants will receive competitive monthly compensation:

• Geneva: CHF 4,500
• Beijing: CNY 12,500
• Mumbai: INR 91,666
• Tokyo: JPY 333,333

Work authorization support is available for Geneva-based positions only.
