The Global Leadership Fellows Program 2026 offers emerging professionals a structured, transformative 10-month experience designed to cultivate globally fluent leadership. It combines classroom master classes, personalized leadership coaching, and an international immersion experience to strengthen participants’ global perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a series of structured learning modules, peer collaboration, strategic leadership exercises, and experiential immersion.
- Attend all scheduled Master Classes, leadership sessions, and the international immersion component.
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to grow.
- A global mindset and a desire to deepen understanding of international affairs.
- Experience in business, government, nonprofit, or civic sectors.
- Commitment to continuous professional and personal growth.
- Supervisor approval required, including a signed Supervisor Approval Form.
- Recommendation letters speaking to leadership potential and professional impact.
