Eligibility

Individuals at least 18 years old in leadership roles such as Founder, CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent.
Must represent a legally registered nonprofit organization or equivalent.
Organizations typically have annual budgets between $2 million and $10 million.
Strong leadership, organizational momentum, and a clear vision for scaling work are required.

$300,000 in unrestricted funding ($250,000 to the organization, $50,000 to the leader).

How to Apply

Nominations are open to the public, and anyone can nominate a leader. Once nominated, selected candidates will be invited to submit a full application.
