Overview

The Expression of Interest (EOI) aims to establish a roster of independent experts who will provide short-term professional services to the Security Coordination and Programme Enhancement (SCOPE) project by the European Union Institute for Security Studies.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Junior experts: minimum 3 years professional experience
Senior experts: minimum 7 years professional experience
Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated expertise through publications, research, or projects in relevant thematic areas
Excellent English; French and/or Spanish are advantageous
Flexible availability for short-term assignments
Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
