    Job Description

    Overview

    UNICEF is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Bauchi Field Office in Nigeria to provide communication, operational, and support services to enhance team workflow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communications and workflow management
    • Calendar, meetings, and correspondence management
    • Event planning and logistics support
    • Travel arrangement coordination
    • Invoice processing
    • Supplies, equipment, and premise maintenance
    • Monitoring staff absences

    Requirements

    • Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant administrative or clerical work experience
