    Job Description

    Overview

    United Nigeria Airlines is hiring 4 Customer Service Officers to be responsible for ticketing and reservations, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. The officer will report to the Station Manager and ensure efficient sales operations and passenger service in line with airline procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ticketing and reservations services
    • Passenger check-in and boarding processes
    • Baggage handling and excess baggage reconciliation
    • Ensuring passengers have valid tickets and identification before boarding
    • Providing accurate information on flight schedules and fares
    • Preparing passenger manifest for flights
    • Ensuring all ticketing and check-in materials are available before duty
    • Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Qualifications

    • HND or BSc in any discipline
    • Minimum of one year relevant work experience
    • Higher degree is an added advantage
