Overview
United Nigeria Airlines is hiring 4 Customer Service Officers to be responsible for ticketing and reservations, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. The officer will report to the Station Manager and ensure efficient sales operations and passenger service in line with airline procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticketing and reservations services
- Passenger check-in and boarding processes
- Baggage handling and excess baggage reconciliation
- Ensuring passengers have valid tickets and identification before boarding
- Providing accurate information on flight schedules and fares
- Preparing passenger manifest for flights
- Ensuring all ticketing and check-in materials are available before duty
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- HND or BSc in any discipline
- Minimum of one year relevant work experience
- Higher degree is an added advantage
