Job Vacancy: Independent Verification Personnel – ACE Strategy and Consults

Overview

ACE Strategy and Consults is hiring Independent Verification Personnel for the Independent Verification of Integrated Supportive Supervision (IVISS) project in Kaduna & Kano States, Nigeria. This contract/field-based role focuses on conducting credible and impartial assessments of health facility supervision visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete training on ODK tools, data quality, and mentorship.
• Conduct health facility assessments, validate checklists, and review records.
• Provide on-site coaching and mentorship to facility staff.
• Collect and submit high-quality data and comprehensive reports.
• Ensure gender sensitivity and respect for local contexts.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health data collection, supervision, or facility assessments.
• Proficiency in ODK or similar mobile data collection tools.
• Experience conducting Key Informant Interviews (KIIs).
• Ability to provide on-site coaching and mentorship.
• Fluency in English and Hausa.
• Familiarity with Kaduna & Kano health systems.
