About the Programme

The Youth Steering Group empowers young people to influence education policy, advocate for fairer systems, and shape conversations around educational access and equity.

Previous cohort members have:

Engaged in a roundtable with the Prime Minister
Contributed to policy discussions with the Department for Education
Taken on leadership roles across the education sector

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is for young people who:

Are aged 14–21
Are passionate about education equity
Have experienced barriers to fair education
Want to use their voice to advocate for change
