    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and track state-level climate policy developments
    • Maintain and update the Alliance’s internal policy database
    • Analyze policy implementation progress across member states
    • Track federal climate initiatives, funding opportunities, and policy announcements
    • Identify relevant public comment periods and regulatory developments
    • Assist in preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and peer-learning sessions
    • Draft newsletters, policy briefs, and internal updates
    • Translate complex policy information into accessible content

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate or graduate students, or recent college graduates
    • Academic or extracurricular involvement in climate, environmental studies, or public policy
    • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities
    • Fluency in English

    Benefits

    • Compensation: $17.95 – $20.00 per hour
