Overview
The BPRC Climate Policy Fellowship is a paid, six-month remote program for recent master’s graduates interested in climate policy, organizing, and economic justice. Fellows will support community organizations, unions, and local governments in implementing climate solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Recent graduate with a master’s degree in policy, urban planning, public administration, or related fields.
- Experience in organizing, campaigning, or policy development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, justice, and community empowerment.
- Understanding of political dynamics within climate policy work.
- Must be located in the United States and have valid work authorization.
