Overview

The African Youth Negotiators Fellowship (AYNF) 2026 is a premier pan-African capacity-building initiative designed to equip young climate leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to actively participate in global climate governance.

Eligibility

• Citizen of an African country
• Aged between 15 and 35
• Demonstrated passion for climate justice and diplomacy
• Experience or interest in climate policy
• Completion of at least one course on the Ghana Climate Literacy Portal
• Availability for all three phases of the program
• Proficiency in English

Benefits

The fellowship offers training, mentorship, and exposure to international climate events, enhancing the capacity of participants to influence climate policies.
