Overview

The applications are now open for the 2026/2027 Fellowship Programme of the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy, designed for ambitious and purpose-driven Nigerians to engage in a transformative leadership journey.

Eligibility

Nigerian citizens aged between 25 and 35.
At least two years of work experience.
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or valid exemption certificate.
Public sector applicants within Lagos State must be within Grade Level 8 to 12.
