Overview
Mantrac Nigeria Limited is hiring a full-time Warehouse Assistant in Lagos. This role is with the authorized dealer for Caterpillar, SEM, and Perkins products.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process overseas purchase orders and dispatch packages to respective branches.
- Ensure timely receipting and handling of deliveries from sea, air, and courier suppliers.
- Open and verify mixed or incomplete packages and address discrepancies promptly.
- Dispatch overseas orders to branches within 24 hours of receipt.
- Take custody of packages, tally inventory for loading, and ensure items are protected in transit.
- Prepare reports on short-delivered or dispatched items.
- Maintain proper recording, distribution, and filing of all warehouse documents.
- Manage total warehouse inventory and ensure accurate digital records.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Computer literate, able to manage digital inventory records and prepare reports.
- Forklift/lift truck operation experience is an advantage.
Benefits
Salary: ₦145,000 – ₦250,000/month
