Talent Lab Limited is currently recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Field Implementation Support Officers (FISOs) on behalf of a client implementing a Sexual and Reproductive Health Project in Nigeria. Key locations include Benue State and other regions.

The FISO role is critical to the successful execution of the project. It focuses on program monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and strengthening service delivery at the facility level. Successful candidates will provide hands-on technical support and manage data collection and reporting processes. Moreover, they will contribute to achieving overall project objectives within assigned health facilities.

Applicants must possess a degree in Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution, or certification as a Community Health Extension Worker or a related health qualification. A minimum of two years’ experience in the health sector is required. In addition, strong competencies in data collection and analysis are needed.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦350,000. It provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to improving healthcare outcomes in underserved communities.
