• Ensuring submissions comply with donor guidelines and required deadlines.
• Collaborating with technical, finance, and operations teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Supporting cross-functional proposal development processes.
• Mentoring Business Development Interns by providing guidance on donor research, proposal writing, and business development practices.
• Maintaining opportunity pipelines and proposal tracking systems.
• Updating organisational profiles, consultant databases, partnership documentation, and proposal repositories.
• Analysing donor priorities, funding trends, and proposal outcomes to strengthen future business development strategies.
