Overview

The BRIC TV Open Call 2026 invites filmmakers to submit creative pitches for a chance to receive up to $15,000 in funding and production support to create scripted short films and television pilots, with backing from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Eligibility

Filmmakers and storytellers are invited to submit creative pitches.
Projects should demonstrate strong storytelling, originality, and readiness for production.
Special consideration will be given to one project highlighting NYC history in relation to the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
Projects must be completed by October 31, 2026.
