Overview

Applications are open for the Gender Equitable School Leadership (GESL) Alliance 2026, a global initiative supporting education organizations in Nigeria and India to strengthen gender equity in schools through leadership development. Selected organizations will receive financial and technical support to implement or expand gender-focused school leadership programs.

Eligibility

Organizations based in Nigeria and India that work directly with school leaders, are interested in integrating gender equity into leadership development, and are willing to collaborate are encouraged to apply. Prior expertise in gender equity is not required.

Benefits

Selected partners will receive:

Financial support for gender-equitable leadership initiatives.
Technical assistance from global education and gender equity experts, including program design, training resources, and M&E guidance.
Collaborative learning opportunities with other organizations.
Chances to influence policy and systems change.

How to Apply

1. Review the Official Request for Proposals (RFP) document. 2. Download and complete the Official Application Template, ensuring all questions are answered and word limits are respected. 3.
