Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue funding opportunities aligned with Catalyst Now’s mission.
Support fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives.
Prepare grant proposals, donor presentations, and funding applications.
Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising pipelines.
Coordinate fundraising events and partnership engagement activities.
Build relationships with donors and strategic partners.
Support data analysis for engagement initiatives.
Conduct research on funding trends and donor priorities.
Develop messaging and communication materials for fundraising efforts.
Track progress against fundraising goals and prepare regular reports.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field (relevant experience may substitute).
6-8 years of experience in fundraising and resource mobilization.
Strong understanding of donor engagement strategies.
Familiarity with digital engagement tools and social media.
Interest in global issues and social innovation.
Able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits
