Overview

The Migration and Youth Platform (MYCP) is seeking a highly motivated Global Coordinator to lead its Secretariat and drive forward youth engagement in global migration governance. This full-time, remote opportunity is open to applicants worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the MYCP Secretariat.
Supervise project leads and support team coordination.
Serve as MYCP’s primary liaison with partners, donors, and UN stakeholders.
Identify funding opportunities and develop grant proposals.
Collaborate with the organisation’s Board, including preparing reports and updates.
Oversee volunteer management.
Ensure all activities align with MYCP’s mission and strategic goals.

Requirements

Strong understanding of global migration policy frameworks.
Experience in team leadership, project coordination, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Excellent organisational and communication skills; fluency in English required.
Proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
Ability to work independently across multiple time zones.

Benefits
