    Overview

    GOAL’s NextGen Youth Programme is a global leadership program for young changemakers focused on global justice issues, climate change, and health systems. Participants will learn about global crises and work together to develop solutions and raise awareness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand global justice issues, climate change, and health systems.
    • Collaborate with peers globally to imagine solutions for the future.
    • Create awareness-raising materials for public engagement.
    • Develop skills in critical thinking, intercultural communication, project management, and teamwork.
    • Organize and implement public awareness campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Resident of Ireland, Ethiopia, Honduras, Iraq, Sierra Leone, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, or Zimbabwe.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Aged between 18 and 25 years old.
    • Available for 10 seminars between May and July.
    • Willingness to engage in teamwork outside of seminars.
    • Demonstrate a basic understanding of local and global issues.
    • Show clear initiative and desire to create positive change.
    • Interest in artistic methods of learning.
    • Access to a device and internet is desired but not essential.

    Benefits

    • Stipends of €400 are available for all successful participants to cover internet, data, and travel costs.
