Overview

The BCG Graduate Analyst Programme (GAP) 2026 is a structured entry-level opportunity designed for high-achieving graduates and early career professionals in Nigeria who are interested in strategy consulting.

This programme serves as a launchpad into the consulting industry, offering participants hands-on exposure to real client work, structured learning, and mentorship from experienced consultants.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of a second class upper degree (2:1 or above) from an accredited Nigerian university.
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree within two and a half years of application.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or be about to commence service.

Applicants are also expected to demonstrate strong extracurricular involvement, leadership experience, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.
