Overview

The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year intensive training designed to develop young professionals into future leaders in the oil palm and edible oil industry.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be 26 years or younger.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) degree.
• Accepted fields include Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, Environmental or Social Sciences, Finance or Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics, Business Administration, HR, IT, and Data Analytics.
