Overview

Organizations working to improve access to education in Africa can now apply for the Africa IFI Grant 2026, designed to support grassroots initiatives making a tangible impact on young people’s lives.

Eligibility

The applying organization must be based and operating in Africa.
The proposed project must aim to improve education outcomes for children and young adults up to the age of 25.
The organization must have been operational for at least 12 months.
Only community-based organizations are eligible to apply.

Benefits

Successful applicants can receive grants of up to £1,500 GBP to support their projects aimed at improving access to education, enhancing learning outcomes, and supporting youth development and empowerment.

Applications open on 30 March 2026 and must be submitted before the application deadline on 13 April 2026. Ensure your application is complete and submitted early to avoid any issues.
