The Head of Programmes & Impact is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping programme strategy, impact measurement, and regional programme delivery across Southern Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional programme strategy and implementation
• Oversee grantmaking portfolios and impact initiatives
• Supervise research, learning, and civic infrastructure programmes
• Support and coordinate Country Managers
• Ensure alignment, quality, and measurable programme outcomes
