    Overview

    The Information Management Officer role is offered by Relief Applications, a European organisation that develops digital tools and innovative technology solutions to support humanitarian response efforts worldwide. This is a full-time, remote position within the Humanitarian Innovation Team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting detailed assessments of existing information management systems.
    • Identifying gaps and designing tailored data solutions.
    • Implementing data validation and quality assurance processes.
    • Developing dashboards, maps, and visual reporting tools.
    • Designing and delivering training sessions.
    • Supporting the implementation of information management and MEAL strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • At least two years of experience in information management in a humanitarian setting.
    • Proficiency in mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox, ODK).
    • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of French is desirable.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
