Overview

The African Development Bank (AfDB) Internship Program 2026 – Session 2 is now open for applications, offering a unique opportunity for students across member countries to gain hands-on professional experience within one of Africa’s leading development finance institutions.

Eligibility

• Be aged between 18 and 30 years at the start of the internship
• Be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program or apply within one year of completing such a degree
• Be a national of an AfDB member country
• Provide proof of enrollment or degree completion
• Be fluent in English or French (the Bank’s working languages)
• Possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage)
