1. Area Sales Manager

Location: Sokoto

Job Summary

The company seeks a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Sokoto, drive revenue growth, and manage distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
• Manage and mentor sales representatives
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors
• Ensure prompt payment collection and credit compliance
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Enhance brand visibility and market penetration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG sales experience (2+ years in a managerial role)
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Strong knowledge of North-West market terrain
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel within the region

Job Summary

The Driver will ensure safe transportation of goods and the sales team while maintaining company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales team and transport goods safely
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine checks
• Keep accurate movement logs
• Report accidents or damages promptly

Requirements

• FSLC / SSCE / OND / NCE qualification
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Valid Nigerian Driver’s License and LASDRI
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools
• Strong communication and reliability
• Must reside in Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, or nearby areas
