Overview

The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is a prestigious funding opportunity designed to support students from developing countries pursuing master’s degrees in development-related fields.

Eligibility

• Be a citizen of a World Bank member developing country
• Not hold dual citizenship of a developed country
• Be in good health
• Hold a bachelor’s degree obtained at least 3 years prior to the deadline
• Have at least 3 years of paid, development-related work experience within the last 6 years
• Be employed full-time in development-related work at the time of application
• Be admitted to a participating master’s programme outside their home country
