Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of communication plans aligned with Advice and Investments initiatives.
• Support internal messaging for advisors and frontline teams.
• Coordinate communication materials and help gather stakeholder input.
• Assist with approval processes and message alignment across teams.
• Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Support content development through copywriting and research.
• Maintain campaign schedules and content calendars.
• Coordinate communication tasks across multiple teams.
• Track communication requests, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Support procurement documentation and vendor management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Currently unemployed to qualify for the learnership programme.
• Demonstrate strong written communication skills.
• Have an interest in financial services, investments, and wealth management.
• Exhibit initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Possess strong research and analytical abilities.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Show attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication principles.
